He Sees Our Effort

Sister Richardson's Super Split Seconds

Hey friends and family! How is everyone doing?

Things are good here in VA! Spring is in full swing! I'm allergic to something in the air, but other than that, life is good. #facerashforthewin

We had to stop teaching almost everyone in our current teaching pool this week. As disheartening as it was to move on from so many people that I've truly grown to love, I've been reminded again and again that God is in control. He truly has a plan for each of us to reach our full potential. I know He's appreciative of the effort we put in to help His children reach their full potential. This life is meant to be a learning experience, and I'm grateful for all the learning I was able to do alongside so many amazing people!

Yesterday was Palm Sunday, as I'm sure most of you are aware. One of the speakers mentioned the fact that so much changed for the Savior in five short days, and that has stuck with me. Whether it be for the good or the bad, life really can change in the blink of an eye. With that in mind, a foundation of faith in the Savior is crucial for us to readily accept quick changes because faith in Jesus Christ truly does give us "hope for a better world" (Ether 12:4). I'm so grateful for the unchanging nature of the Savior and for the stability we can all find by living His teachings!

Have an amazing Holy Week! I love my Savior, and I love all of YOU! Sending love to each of you this Easter Season.

Xoxo,
Sister Richardson
