Red, Pale, And Blue
Sister Richardson's Super Split Seconds
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY I'm eternally grateful to all those who selflessly serve our country.
We are officially gearing up for summer. It's hot, humid, and sunny! The winter did more damage to my pigmentation than I thought because I managed to get absolutely roasted after spending only a few minutes in the sun. My buddy Valdish at the gas station got a good laugh when he saw my lobster arms. Stay tuned for a nice farmer's tan.
Some weeks are harder than others. This was definitely one of those weeks. Living a rough week is definitely not ideal in the moment, but in retrospect, the hard weeks are priceless. Why, you ask? Because they teach you the most. I learned a lot about myself, what I'm capable of carrying, and most importantly, what the Savior is capable of carrying for me this past week. I learn more about Him every day, and it's changed me forever. I give Him all the credit for my mission experience because I truly wouldn't still be fighting the good fight if it weren't for our Savior Jesus Christ. He's scooped me up time and time again and made sure the right angel ministered to me at the right time, and it's made all the difference for me. He is so unbelievably good, and I'm grateful He shows that goodness to me.
Much love,
