Sister Richardson's Super Split Seconds Hello! I'm sorry I've been MIA the past two weeks! We went to the temple, and it took up most of our P-day, so I never got around to writing a weekly update last week. Here's some fun details from the last chunk of time! I celebrated my golden birthday/mission quinceañera by hitting 15 months on August 15th! Got pranked, got a few doors slammed in our faces, taught some cool lessons, ate quite a few sandwiches, witnessed our local grocery store get robbed, laughed a lot, learned even more, and most importantly, spent a lot of time coming to know the Savior. DC TEMPLE! It's truly magical! What's even more special, though, is the peace present inside. Honestly, a mission sometimes feels like a hamster wheel. Sister Richardson's Super Split Seconds This week was SO. SO. SO. BUSY. I'm literally exhausted from running around all week long! We cover two congregations, and spending close to 6 hours at the church building yesterday nearly did me in. Sister Wallin is so amazing! We've been having a ball trying new things and pushing ourselves to grow. Big things are ahead of us. We are going to the temple next week! My P-day will be moved to next Thursday, so stay tuned for some updates! We meet so many characters every day, and I just love it. Watching a lady unfold a camping chair and pop open an umbrella so she could smoke in the middle of a tropical storm made for a good laugh. Peace and love to my girl Angela! We visited with so many members this week, and it was seriously so special to get to know new people and learn how the Savior has helped them in their lives. Sister Richardson's Super Split Seconds HELLO AUGUST! Time is flying, and I really don't know how to feel! Feeling all the feels for sure. BIG NEWS... I got transferred... back to Annandale! I'm serving right below the area I served in a few months ago and right next to my first area. Honestly, I couldn't be happier; I love this little neck of the woods! I'm serving with the lovely Sister Wallin from Southern California! She's got so much fire, so I'm excited for what's ahead! TALL CEDARS, I LOVE YOU! I'm so grateful for my second round in Gainesville! It challenged me in new ways and pushed me to rely more on my Savior, which in turn changed me for good. I'm so grateful to all the physical angels God placed in my path to help me develop into the person He needs me to be!
